Entering parenthood comes with one of the greatest shifts in identity and relationships. I’m here to support you every step of the way! Drawing from my training as a certified Gottman Bringing Baby Home educator, as well as my background in attachment and child development, I can help with many topics including:

  • Talking through family planning goals, concerns or worries prior to conception

  • Issues related to navigating infertility, surrogacy, adoption, or other family building methods

  • Supporting you in preparing your birth and postpartum plan

  • Birth story listening and processing

  • Establishing realistic self-care during pregnancy and post-partum

  • Learning about your baby, including physiological sleep, attachment, and early social emotional development

  • Navigating matrescence and the shifts in identity that come with it

  • Navigating division of labor with your partner
